Nuril Ka is located along the northern shore of Veer Bay between Telorthen Ty Taros and Pathen. To the north lie the foothills of the great Kalzaar Mountains. The kingdom of Nuril Ka is made up of a forced confederation of clans held together by the king.

The kingdom is best with internal tnesions. The current ruling house and the kingdoms higher ranking nobles arrived in recent memory from elsewhere with their own language and gods. They largely displaced the old kingdoms clan chieftains and the king, Thalkron III was deposed. Both he and his son Avaldron went in to hiding.

Nuril Ka currently boasts a population of a little over 885 thousand of whom around forty-four thousand dwell within "urban" areas. These areas are urban in the sense that many people live in a small area but the settlements boast few of the amenities associated with urban areas in other neighbouring countries.
